Manvel (Tx.) three-star wide receiver Austin Bennett believed he had the recruiting process behind him when he selected Arkansas almost a month ago. But after the firing of Bobby Petrino, the junior's recruitment has been thrown back into tailspin and the Razorbacks loss could potentially be West Virginia's gain.

Bennett, 6-foot, 170-pounds, backed off his pledge to Arkansas Tuesday night after sitting down and discussing the situation with his family.

"We decided it would be better if we took a step back and looked over the entire situation," he said.
