No. 2 WR high on Auburn after visit
Auburn hosted two of the top overall recruits in the country on unofficial visits over the weekend.
Temple (Texas) five-star Lache Seastrunk, rated by Rivals.com as the No. 1 running back, called his trip to the Plains "the best experience I ever had."
Seastrunk's close friend and fellow top recruit, Thibodaux (La.) four-star receiver Trovon Reed, was also in town. The 6-foot, 175-pound Reed, rated by Rivals as the No. 2 receiver, enjoyed his visit as well.
"It was really nice. I had a great time," said Reed. "I really liked it there at Auburn."
Reed arrived in Auburn Friday and stayed through Monday. He saw nearly everything there was to see. He talked to nearly everyon there was to talk to. Overall, he said, he was impressed.
