One of the top prospects on Arkansas' list of cornerbacks looks to be West Monroe (La.) standout Terry Carter, and recruiting is picking up steam in a major way. Carter, 5-foot-11, 175 pounds, is rated the No. 43 cornerback prospect in the nation. He just came back home from an unofficial visit, and he welcomed a coach for an in-home visit yesterday.
