Junior college roundup
Arkansas is taking a long look at several standout junior college prospects from the Jayhawk Conference, and some have strong Razorback ties.
Butler (Kan.) Community College wide receiver Dee Williams, 6-foot-3, 205 pounds, 4.5 in the 40, is a standout.
He played for Butler as a true freshman, something that rarely happens at that school. Williams, originally from Ashdown (Ark.), was placed at Butler by Arkansas and will have to stay for one more year.
Williams caught 20 passes for 286 yards and 1 touchdown while also returning 10 kickoffs for 224 yards.
