Hoops: Reggie Cameron tearing it up

Spring has been good for Paterson (N.J.) Hudson Catholic standout Reggie Cameron's recruitment, and it's only going to get better if he continues to shoot like he did in April with the New Jersey Playaz. Cameron opened the EYBL Hampton (Va.) AAU weekend with a 26-point, seven rebound game and played well, continuing his strong spring showing.

Cameron averaged 15.3 points and 2.5 rebounds per game and made 12 of 21 triples in opening EYBL play in Minneapolis late April. He followed up his 26-point game with 10 points (2-for-7 triples) in a 67-56 win over Tennessee Travelers, 21 (7-12 FG, 3-7 3FG) in a 76-70 victory over Oakland Soldiers, nine (3-for-6 triples) in a 69-55 loss to CIA Bounce and 17 (5-9 3fg) in a 62-54 loss to Meanstreets.
