Bolling Prepares for Cowboy Football
The Cowboys feel they signed one of the top prospects in Colorado when wide receiver Greg Bolling inked with the Pokes in February. Bolling is described as a heady player by his head football coach in high school and his skills are drawing comparisons to future NFL player Jovon Bouknight.
Wyoming Head Coach Joe Glenn agrees.
"When you look at the type of player Jovon was at Wyoming, and what made him successful, Greg Bolling has many of those skills," he said. "You never want to compare a high school guy to a great player like Bouknight because there is work to be done, but we feel we signed a pretty good prospect in him, a player that can be productive in our offense."
Bolling was pursued heavily by CU during the early recruiting process, but then the Buffaloes started showing less interest, while Wyoming and Tulsa picked up their effort on the 6 foot 1 Gateway High School star.
