Wahpeton, North Dakota State College of Science cornerback Joseph Putu has been offered a scholarship by Arkansas, according to Putu's Twitter account on Sunday.

Putu is scheduled to take an official visit to Arkansas next weekend. He has already visited Tennessee State and UAB. He also reports scholarship offers from North Texas, Bryant and Alcorn State.
