First Half:

Arkansas has won the tip and we are underway!

The first points of the game come via a Jalen Graham hookshot on a fastbreak. LSU finally scores off a Jalen Reed drive-in and finish around Graham.

Trae Hannibal cuts to the hoop with a physical drive and finishes at the rim with contact to hand the Tigers an early lead. Graham turns the ball over in the paint, and LSU takes advantage with a Mike Williams III corner three point jumper.

We have our first timeout following a Layden Blocker turnover.

TIMEOUT: LSU 7, Arkansas 2, 15:50 in 1H

LSU center Will Baker steps out to the permiter and nails a corner three out of the break. The Tigers' 10-0 run is halted after Keyon Menifield Jr. makes his first bucket of the game on a backdoor cut. He gets fouled on the shot and hits his free throw.

Baker drains another three, this time off an assist from Hannibal. Makhi Mitchell decides to get his first points of the game off a jumper. Baker's hot hand continues with a turnaround baseline jumper.

Following a missed three by Khalif Battle, LSU's Jordan Wright draws a foul from Menifield. He drains both free throws to make it a 10-point game. The Hogs miss another three and Baker makes them pay with his third three of the game.

Bleeding = stopped. Tramon Mark hits his first shot of the game and gets fouled in the process to lead to a timeout.

Mark makes his free throw after the break. Everything is falling for Baker, who has a shot bounce around the rim before eventually falling into the net.

LSU's Tyrell Ward draws a foul on a drive from Jeremiah Davenport. He hits one free throw. Joseph Pinion takes the ball up the court on a fastbreak and gets fouled. He drains both charity stripe shots.

Mike Williams III makes one free throw after getting fouled by Mark. The Hogs continue to struggle offensively with a Chandler Lawson miss and Graham fouls on the rebound. Williams nails a three-point basket from the corner to extend the Tigers' lead.

A sweet pass from Mitchell in the paint results in a Lawson dunk to get the Hogs' back in the groove. The positive vibes don't last long, though, as Williams makes his second-striahgt three pointer from the opposite corner.

Menifield turns the ball over and Ward finishes a one-on-one fastbreak shot against Battle.

Both teams fail to score out of the break before Mark hits a contested layup over a defender. Lawson turns the ball over but the Tigers can't knock down their jumper.

On the other end, Blocker draws a foul and drains both free throws. Both teams trade misses before Denijay Harris fouls Jordan Wright, who makes both free throws.

Another turnover for the Hogs, this time by Graham around the rim. Blocker makes up for it with a steal and he gets fouled in the open-court on a fastbreak. He hits the front-end of the one-and-one.

Baker gets back in the scoring column with a layup on the block over Graham. Graham responds back with a bucket of his own after a jump-stop. Make it back-to-back makes for Graham, who converts with a putback layup.

A missed corner three by LSU results in a made layup by Mark on a blow-by.

LSU opens up with a made jumper by Baker out of the break. Mark misses a layup and Jalen Cook draws a foul from Blocker. Cook makes both free throws.

Following a missed three by Menifield, Cook scores again, this time on a stepback three. A block and defensive rebound by LSU leads to a goaltend bucket for the Tigers on a fastbreak.

Lawson stops the bleeding for the Hogs with a three pointer. It's a 5-0 run for Arkansas after a baseline layup for Blocker. The Tigers drain the clock and draw a foul with just 12 seconds remaining. Wright misses the free throw.

Arkansas misses from deep but Lawson grabs the rebound and draws a foul with less than a second remaining. He makes one free throw to end the half.

HALF: LSU 45, Arkansas 30

Second Half:

Jalen Graham misses on a hook shot to open the half and LSU center Will Baker hits an and-one layup on the other end. He converts with a free throw.

Chandler Lawson draws a foul on a shot-attempt under the rim but can't hit either free throw. The Tigers continue their quick second-half start with a euro-step layup and-one. Jalen Reed makes the free throw.

Graham takes and misses a three and Makhi Mitchell fouls Baker on the box-out. Mitchell is called for his third foul, this time on offense. LSU takes advantage with a Mike Williams III three pointer.

Arkansas scores its first bucket of the half with a Graham layup. He makes it back-to-back with another bucket, but Baker responds with another three. We have a timeout after a foul.

Out of the break, Davenport makes two free throws. The Hogs force a miss and Graham takes it end-to-end for another bucket to get into double figures.

Baker blocks a shot and Hannibal flushes a sportscenter dunk in transition. Davenport hits a much-needed answer from deep, but Cook converts an and-one layup on the other end for the Tigers. He makes the free throw.

Mitchell and Cook trade buckets to continue the back and forth action. LSU's Dean Hunter punches one home with a dunk but Mark counters with a three. Cook steps back and swishes a three of his own.

Mitchell makes two free throws after getting fouled under the hoop. We have a timeout after Davenport picks up a foul.

Hannibal makes two free throws after the break. A steal by Cook turns into a second-chance fastbreak dunk for Hunter.

Blocker makes two free throws after drawing a foul. The Arkansas freshman steals the ball and gets fouled again but can't hit the front-end from the charity stripe. Blocker picks up a foul and Cook hits both free throws.

Graham dunks one home off the dish from Mitchell and gets fouled in the process. He can't hit the free throw but grabs the rebound. Tramon Mark hits the second-chance layup to make it a 21-point game.

Davenport fouls Baker on the other end and he makes both free throws. It's a foul-fest for both teams, as Mitchell drains two free throws after getting fouled. The Hogs force a miss and Blocker finishes a fastbreak layup to get it under a 20-point deficit.

Davenport fouls again and Wright makes both free throws. Both teams trade misses before Mitchell converts a fastbreak layup off an assist from Graham. After an LSU airball, Blocker gets fouled which leads to a timeout.

A technical foul by Arkansas results in two LSU free throws by Cook. After two misses from the charity stripe by Blocker, the Hogs grab an offensive rebound and score via a Graham hook shot in the post.

Mike Williams III fouls out after picking up a reach-in foul on Blocker. Blocker makes one free throw. Cook answers with a three-point basket for the Tigers' first field goal in over minutes.

Baker hits Derek Fountain with a clean no-look pass for an easy reverse layup. Mark responds with a signature midrange jumper to beat the shot-clock. We have a timeout after Denijay Harris fouls LSU.

Wright hits two free throws for the Tigers out of the timeout. Harris fouls again after getting beat off the dribble. Wright makes both free throws.

Following a missed three by Menifield, Wright dices up Harris with a stepback three pointer. Mark answers with two made free throws after getting fouled.

A steal by Mwani Wilkinson and dime assist results in a fastbreak finish by Hunter. Wilkinson fouls Menifield on the other end and he makes one free throw.

Tramon Mark hits two more free throws and LSU turns it over. Graham gets fouled and makes two free throws. The Tigers run give up one more Mark dunk and the game is over.
