Razorbacks pick up 13th commit
Arkansas picked up its 13th commitment for the 2007 recruiting class Tuesday around 1:30 p.m. when Dora (Ala.) defensive end Chavis Williams decided to pick Arkansas over offers from Auburn and Marshall.
