Bielema said there were seven critical errors and four were for touchdowns during last weeks game.

"The number one key to success is the number of points allowed," Bielema said.

Devwah Whaley was banged up with an ankle issue from the TCU game but looked good during the game last week against Texas A&M.

"Jonathan Nance's demeanor, attitude, and maturity have been clear from the beginning," Bielema said.

Jonathan Nance stepped up and made huge plays during the second half against Texas A&M.

"We have to continue to find the best mix," Bielema said.

Bielema said New Mexico State plays the same five guys on their O-line, and their D-line is very opportunistic.

"Tuesday was a more spirited and live practice we've had since fall camp," Bielema said.

Bielema said Frank Ragnow is playing as good as humanly possible.

"Montaric Brown (Buster) is a very explosive player. He has good instincts and a bright future," Bielema said.

Kickoff for Saturday's game against New Mexico State University (2-2, 1-2, Sun Belt) is at 11 a.m. in the Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium.
