-The Hogs have already started preparing for the season opener with Florida A&M. They have taken things slowly so far, but they should start picking things up a lot more on Wednesday. They have separated into scout teams, also.
-True freshman safety Montaric Brown, who joined the team on Monday, is working with the scout team, but Santos Ramirez said he thinks it's a move to ease him into things but feels that at some point this season he will play for them. Ramirez said Brown
