Arkansas's 6-foot-6 star Moses Moody considerably outplayed his No. 56 ranking coming out of high school, earning SEC freshman of the year honors and moving up draft boards.
The freshman has not yet declared his intentions, in fact Eric Musselman said last week that the two hadn't even discussed it coming off the Elite 8 run, but it's considered a given that Moody will become the program's first one-and-done.
This year’s draft is scheduled for July 29. It will begin at 7 p.m. CT with the first round airing on ESPN and ABC. The combine is set for June 21-27.
Going into the NCAA tournament, Moody averaged 17.4 points per game with 5.9 boards. After shooting 44% from the field and 38% from deep throughout the season, he didn't hit his average points per game in any of the four tournament games and his percentages dipped to 32% and 18% from deep.
Moody’s end of season 16.8-point average ranks third all-time among Arkansas freshmen.
