-Morris opened things up by inviting all former coaches and players as well as potential future players to practices. He said they want them around his program.

"I was really focused on just one day at a time. It's kind of the way we operate," Morris said. "People kind of get a chuckle when we talk about Hammer Down, and Hammer Down is our culture.

"It's the backbone of our program and how we do things."
