Heavily-recruited safety Joseph Foucha of New Orleans (La.) McDonough 35 has Arkansas in his top three after spending a weekend in Fayetteville.
Foucha, 5-10, 200, was supposed to visit Auburn this weekend but made a last minute switch when the Razorbacks called.
