Fordyce (Ark.) defensive tackle Billy Ferrell said Sunday morning that Arkansas was in the lead for his services. By 5 p.m. Sunday evening, he had become the Razorbacks' twelfth commitment for the Class of 2018.

Ferrell, 6-2, 330, chose the instate Hogs over offers from Alabama, Louisville, Tennessee, Wisconsin and others. He will sign with the Razorbacks on Wednesday.
