Pennel decommits from Arkansas
Scottsdale (Ariz.) Community College defensive tackle Mike Pennel just announced via Twitter that he has decommitted from Arkansas.
"I'm officially announcing my decommitment from Arkansas. I must go a different direction," Pennel stated at approximately 9:15 p.m. Tuesday.

Pennel's teammate Scottsdale (Ariz.) Community College tight end Blake Jackson, a heavy Arkansas target since the summer, committed to Oklahoma State Tuesday night before Pennel decommitted from Arkansas.
Pennel initially chose the Razorbacks after visiting both Texas A&M and Arkansas. Arizona State, Colorado, Kansas State, Ole Miss, West Virginia and others also offered him a scholarship.
