Pinch yourself, splash water on your face, do whatever you think you need to do, but this isn't a dream: Kentucky's John Calipari is officially the head coach of the Arkansas Razorbacks.

The implications of the Hall-of-Famer's move to Fayetteville are far-reaching across the college basketball landscape, particularly in the recruiting process.

Long known for his ability to develop young prospects into bonafide stars, it'll be up to Calipari to adapt his philosophy at Arkansas to fully maximize the potential of the transfer portal.

With an Arkansas roster that currently has zero projected scholarship players, there will be plenty of opportunity — and NIL — to throw around for a competitive roster in year one.

HawgBeat takes a look at key transfers Calipari contacted at Kentucky with stats, highlights, rankings and intel on their recruitments:

AJ Storr - Guard, Wisconsin

2023-24 stats: 36 GP, 16.8 PPG, 3.9 RPG, 0.9 APG, 43.4 FG%, 32.0 3PT%, 81.2 FT%.

Physicals: 6-foot-7, 205 lbs

Rankings (Evan Miya): 43rd, four-star

Intel: Storr blew up during his sophomore campaign at Wisconsin with 11 20+ point performances and he elected to take his talents to the portal while also engaging in the NBA Draft process.

Reportedly commanding a $1 million NIL figure, Storr will be highly sought after by the best of the best in the country — including the Razorbacks.

The other schools to watch for Storr at this point seem to be Ole Miss, Texas, Kansas and his home state Illinois.
