Saturday's matchup between No. 15 Arkansas and Vanderbilt was not an average SEC matchup. Arkansas dropped the matchup 97-84 to the Commodores, but the first half provided plenty of action.

The first 20 minutes of game time took over an hour of real time and two flagrant fouls, an ejection and even a stoppage of play for a person fainting on the baseline.

At one point, Arkansas shot seven free throws in one sequence because of technicals on Vanderbilt, including head coach Jerry Stackhouse, who was displeased with the officials' decision to eject Ezra Manjon.

The ejection was the result from a scuffle late in the first half. Arkansas guard Anthony Black drew a foul and finished the bucket through the contact. Black postured over the defender he scored on momentarily, which Vanderbilt players took exception to. Black was shoved from behind and to the ground, and on the periphery another Vanderbilt player shoved Davonte Davis.

Following the ejection of Manjon, Black was embracing the boos from the home crowd.

After Vanderbilt scored 63 points in the second half and handed Arkansas its fourth loss of SEC play, Stackhouse said he thought Black should've been issued a foul for instigating the scuffle that led to Manjon's ejection.
