Covering Arkansas football recruiting has been challenging as of late.

With the current staff's future looking pretty bleak, reaching out to prospects for their thoughts on the situation can feel awkward and completely pointless. Recruits don't want to say anything that might be considered disrespectful to Arkansas' coaches, and I'm not a huge fan of asking high school kids to comment on the possibility of coaches being fired. Getting reactions after the fact is one thing, but while they're still being recruited by those coaches is a different story.

However, there are still a lot of recruiting topics to discuss and things to look for over the next several days. Here are some of my thoughts on the upcoming recruiting periods and what they could mean for the Razorbacks:
