The Razorbacks are hunting for running backs in the Class of 2019, and Chad Morris' staff extended another offer on Sunday when Eric Gray of Memphis (Tenn.) Lausanne Collegiate visited Fayetteville.

Gray, who owns other offers from LSU, Miami, Michigan, Mississippi, Mississippi State, Tennessee and several others, said he had a positive experience with Arkansas' staff.

"It was amazing," Gray said. "It was my first time seeing Arkansas and the facilities and all of that. I was very impressed. I was really impressed with Coach Morris, Coach (Jeff) Traylor and the offensive coordinator (Joe Craddock) and how they greeted me. From the time I got there to the time I left, it was just a great atmosphere.

"Getting to sit down with Coach Traylor, Coach Morris and Coach Craddock all in one room was definitely the highlight. I got to talk to them and see how they felt about me. We got some one-on-one time with them just by myself and that was definitely the highlight of the visit."

It's still very early for Gray, who put up a staggering 3,151 yards and 49 touchdowns as a junior, but he said his time in Fayetteville helped the Hogs' chances of receiving one of his five official visits later this year.

"They're definitely high up there now, definitely," Gray said.
