Last look at Arkansas' 50-43 overtime loss to Texas A&M

Rewatching a game always confirms some opinions and changes others.

Despite some questions on the line, the offense played well enough to win the game until the clutch moment in overtime.

The defense played well enough to win the game aside from six critical plays that accounted for over half the Aggie offense.

A couple of choices at the end of each half had a negative impact on the outcome.

HOW THE GAME STARTED

Arkansas got off to a great start. The defense started things off, and Texas A&M's offense was off the field after four plays. Then the Arkansas offense brought out the wildcat formation with a big gain by the guy who didn’t play enough the previous week (Chase Hayden). It didn’t work, but then they ran a flea-flicker. Allen hit Jared Cornelius twice on the drive, including for a touchdown.

There was also more creativity at the goal line as they tried to come out in wildcat
