No. 14: Hogs win out for Winkel
Arkansas picked up a key commitment from one of its top remaining targets on Monday when Memphis (Tenn.) Christian Brothers offensive tackle Ryan Winkel went public with his decision.
Winkel, 6-7, 285, chose the Razorbacks over other finalists Tennessee and Mississippi State after making an official visit in Fayetteville over the weekend. He also held offers from Nebraska, Virginia and others.
