Familiar problems in Fayetteville as Hogs fall to Frogs, 28-7
TCU beat Arkansas in every phase during an uninspired 28-7 Razorback loss Saturday afternoon in Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium, with several of the same old problems popping up in Fayetteville.
The Hogs opened the game with a penalty on the kickoff, a dropped pass on the first offensive play by senior Jared Cornelius and a strip fumble on senior quarterback Austin Allen on third down (that was recovered by Arkansas). A great capacity crowd of 73,668 came out to watch, a just outside the top-10 for all-time attendance numbers, but they were left with little to cheer for in this one.
