First Look: Five things to know about Georgia

Although it’s a smaller overall class, Arkansas is in the process of putting together a really nice group of young defensive players in 2018 to go with a solid group from 2017.

In the secondary, the Razorbacks have signed Ashdown (Ark.) 4-star cornerback Ladarrius Bishop, 6-0, 190, and they just flipped Trussville (Ala.) Hewitt Trussville safety Myles Mason, 6-2, 205, from Mississippi State. Bishop was also previously committed to MSU. Star rankings aside, Bishop also had scholarship offers from Florida, Oklahoma State and others. Mason had offers from Auburn, Florida State, LSU, Tennessee and others.

The Hogs are still in the mix for a handful of cornerbacks, but the previous staff really put together a solid pack of CBs last year with guys like 4-star Chevin Calloway, 5-10, 188, and 2017 starter Kamren Curl, 6-1, 193. They also redshirted three other cornerback signees.
