Arkansas offers new ASU pledge
Bret Bielema and the Razorbacks are still looking for linebackers in the 2018 class, and on Wednesday they shelled out a new offer in Texas.
Jacoby Simpson, an Arizona State commitment from Houston Macarthur, announced his new offer at approximately 8:30 p.m.
