Arkansas senior Cheyenne O'Grady hasn't always been the most reliable teammate, but as his final season as a Razorback comes closer and closer to its end, he's showing once again that when he's putting it all together, he's one of the most reliable pass-catching tight ends in all of college football.
Despite playing just four games this season, O'Grady leads SEC tight ends in receptions (18), yards (243) and yards per game (60.8).
His week five performance against A&M with eight receptions and 91 yards receiving earned him the Mackey Award Player of the Week title and his Colorado State touchdown highlight made the SEC's top 10 plays of the season (so far), coming in at No. 2.
Not only did O'Grady lead Arkansas's receivers in catches in week five, he also had seven plays go for first downs. He's averaging 13.5 yards per catch, which is just a slight improvement on his 13.3 average in 2018.
His consistent hands and his efforts to get yardage after the catch are what make him such a good target for Arkansas in must-get situations. O'Grady was the designed target on Ben Hicks' 4th down attempt to save the game against A&M but the ball was tipped before arriving.
