Arkansas' 2018 Class Superlatives

Arkansas signed 17 new additions to scholarships last week, but the Razorbacks also landed a quality class of preferred walk-ons.

THE SKINNY: Aune signed with TCU out of Argyle High in 2012 but chose to go the baseball route after being taken in the second round of the MLB and landing a $1 million signing bonus from the New York Yankees. He spent six years in the minor league system before enrolling at the UA in January. The Yankees are paying for his education.

Aune had a fantastic high school football career, throwing for 7,223 yards and 74 touchdowns against 23 picks. He also rushed for another 1,003 yards and 10 scores during his three-year career.
