FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. -- The transfer portal is officially open, and coaches can contact players who have entered.

Arkansas has lost some to the portal, but the coaching staff is trying to plug those holes by adding transfers of its own. These are the players that are reporting an offer from Arkansas.

This is a fluid list. HawgBeat will update this story as more offers are reported.

Following an official visit to Fayetteville over the weekend, Tyrone Broden has committed to Arkansas. He entered the transfer portal on Jan. 2 and has picked up a slew of offers, including Colorado, West Virginia, Texas A&M, Oklahoma and others.

The 6-foot-7, 210-pound pass catcher will have two years of eligibility remaining at Arkansas. At his height, he is one of the tallest wide receivers in college football.

Last season, Broden recorded 32 receptions for 506 yards and seven touchdowns in the 13 games he appeared in. For his career, he has tallied 74 receptions for 1,199 yards and 12 touchdowns.

Cane Berrong - Tight End - Notre Dame

Arkansas has offered tight end Cade Berrong, who entered the transfer portal out of Notre Dame on Dec. 12.

The 6-foot-4, 225-pound tight end was a 5.7 three-star recruit out of Hartwell, Georgia in the class of 2021, and held offers from Arkansas, Georgia, Alabama and others. He committed to Notre Dame on June 21, 2019.

Since arriving in South Bend, Berrong appeared in three games for the Irish in 2021. He did not play in 2022. He has not recorded any stats for Notre Dame.

Terry Roberts - Defensive Back - Iowa

Arkansas already hosted one Iowa Hawkeye this past weekend in wide receiver Arland Bruce IV, but the Arkansas coaching staff also offered one of his teammates in Terry Roberts, a defensive back.

The Erie, Pennsylvania, native only appeared in five games for the Hawkeyes last season. He recorded 13 tackles, an interception, and two pass deflections. For his career, he has a total of 47 tackles, seven pass deflections, and two interceptions.

The 5-foot-10, 182-pound cornerback was ranked a 5.6 three-star in the class of 2018 with offers from Iowa, Syracuse and Duquesne.

Roberts will have one season of eligibility remaining.

Thomas was Mississippi State’s best receivers last season, and entered the transfer portal on Dec. 5. Last year, he recorded 626 receiving yards and seven touchdowns on 44 receptions.

He has received offers from plenty of SEC programs, including Tennessee, Auburn, Ole Miss and Georgia.

Kendarin Ray - Safety - Tulsa

After spending five seasons with the Golden Hurricanes, Ray decided to enter the transfer portal as a graduate transfer. He tweeted out Monday an offer from Arkansas, the first offer he's made public.

Ray had a career-best season this year, totaling 55 tackles, three tackles for loss, three forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and one interception during his 2022 campaign.

A native of Brenham, Texas, Ray played in 30 games during his career at Tulsa.
