Injuries and frustrations mount as Razorbacks prepare for Ole Miss
Arkansas’ offense has been a disappointment this season, largely due to poor play on the offensive line and an overwhelming number of injuries.
The Hogs average just 360.6 yards of total offense (eighth in the SEC), 160.7 rushing yards (eighth), 199.9 passing yards (ninth) and 27.4 points per game (eighth).
But in the five Power 5 games this season, they have been outscored by an average of 44-20 (219-101). So against that level of competition, they average just 20.2 points per game – that’s fewer than three touchdowns.
While the Hogs could be without senior quarterback and team captain Austin Allen again this week, they will certainly be without senior center and team captain Frank Ragnow (ankle) for the remained of season.
