Arkansas freshman big man Baye Fall is set to enter the transfer portal, he announced on Thursday.
The former McDonald's All-American never received consistent run in Fayetteville, as he appeared in just nine games this season and played a total of 45 minutes.
In those games, Fall displayed his natural athleticism, ability to block shots and effort to crash the glass while averaging 5.3 blocks and 10.7 rebounds per 40 minutes.
While Fall possessed raw talent, he was not exactly ready to contribute at a high level in the SEC. The athleticism he possesses paired with that talent will likely make him a highly sought-after transfer target.
Following Fall's expected departure, six players — Denijay Harris, Keyon Menifield Jr., Joseph Pinion, Davonte Davis, Layden Blocker and now Fall — have announced their intentions to transfer from the program.
