Arkansas hit the practice fields at 2:25 p.m. Saturday for the third practice of preseason camp, and there was a little shakeup personnel-wise on offense and defense.
Williams with first group
Linebacker Josh Williams was working with the first team defense at SAM linebacker. Williams was with the second group during the open portion of Thursday's practice, but during that time the defense only aligned with 4-2-5 personnel, which omits the SAM position.
During the spring, the starting SAM was Khalia Hackett, who was working with the second group on Saturday. Williams sat out the spring as he recovered from complications from a broken leg in the Tennessee game last year.
