2022 SUMMARY
A native of Tyler, Texas, Limmer started 12 games at right guard before getting the nod at center in the Liberty Bowl during the 2022 season.
According to Pro Football Focus, Limmer allowed just four sacks in 451 passing plays. Limmer helped lead the way for an offense that racked up 6,128 total yards — the second-most in program history.
The 6-foot-5 lineman finished with an offense grade of 82.2, pass block grade of 81.3 and run block grade of 82.3 according to Pro Football Focus.
2023 OUTLOOK
Limmer didn't make any Preseason All-SEC teams, which comes as a bit of a surprise considering his performance in 2022. Him being left off was likely due to his lack of experience at center.
Known for being one of the strongest members of the team, fans should expect Limmer to push for spots on All-SEC and All-American squads while raising his NFL Draft stock at the position head coach Sam Pittman thinks Limmer projects best at for the next level.
