2022 SUMMARY

A native of Moore, Oklahoma, Little was a three-star prospect out of high school. After a freshman 2021 season in which he was placed on the SEC All-Freshman Team and multiple Freshman All-American squads, Little had another strong campaign in 2022.

During the 2022 season, Little made all 50 of his extra point attempts and he was 13-16 (81.3%) on field goals. The 50 extra points rank sixth in a single season in school history. His 89 points scored in a single season is ranked 10th in school history.

Little matched his career-best with a 51-yard field goal at Mississippi State. He also made a 50-yard field goal versus Liberty. The 6-foot-2 kicker had three games with two field goals made.

2023 OUTLOOK

In a slight surprise, Little was not named to any preseason All-SEC teams at SEC Media Days, but don't be surprised if he ends up on an All-SEC team by season's end.

Going into his junior year, the experienced kicker will be relied upon to score in high-pressure moments. Little has been there and done that, though, and he notched a game-winning kick against LSU in 2021.

Little should continue to kick at a high-level en route to becoming one of the top special-teamers in the country.

HAWGBEAT'S VIEW

Some fans may be confused why a kicker is this high on the list, coming in at No. 9. Having an elite kicker can separate good teams from great teams.

This is especially true for Little, who has already shown the ability to boot in kicks from 50-plus yards out.

Hall of Fame NFL head coach George Allen once said, "Football is one-third offense, one-third defense and one-third special teams."

With Little leading the way, one-third of the Arkansas football team should be a well-oiled machine.
